These are the important dates and specific information about the gymnasium entrance exams of the Canton of Basel:
The Registration can be used in the period from January 9 to February 2, 2023.
Entrance examination: Friday, March 10, 2023
Make-up date: Thursday, March 16, 2023 (will only be repeated with a valid doctor's certificate).
Examination subjects: German and mathematics
Duration: 90 minutes per subject
Form of examination: Written
Prerequisite: If the first certificate from the third year of secondary school is not sufficient to attend the desired school or to obtain the vocational baccalaureate, students can register for the voluntary entrance examination in January Register.

No later than the Saturday at the beginning of summer vacation, students will receive the results of the exam and the credentials they have achieved in writing.
